How do you move my furniture.

In approximately 90% of all moves, we utilise the National rail system and will containerise your move.
We do occasionally need to run these containers on our trucks also.

How important is it to use removalist cartons for my move

Whilst we cannot insist on you using removalist cartons, we wish we could.

Whilst all care is taken with packing our trucks, if your boxes are not strong enough to protect your belongings, then they may get crushed.

Please consider this when preparing to move.

How do i organise insurance for my furniture removal?

Whilst we do offer our own Transit protection system, see Transit Protection, we do realise that some customers would prefer to organise their own insurance.

Can I book a whole container for my move, with only my furniture on board.

Yes

How much notice do you require for me to book my removal?

We can arrange uplift of your furniture any day Monday to Friday with a weeks notice, less notice is possible with any move to and from the following cities.
Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Gold Coast, Perth
If you cannot give a weeks notice we ask that you complete an online booking for your preferred date, and we will check availability and contact you straight away if your required date is unavailable, or we will book for requested date and send a confirmation email if we can assist on the day of your choosing.

How do I change the information that I have supplied in my quote?

If there are only minor changes then please just email updates to us, please include your original quote number.

We will then adjust the price and email you a new quote.

If you have to make major changes, then it is probably easier to just complete a
new quote

How long will it take for my goods to arrive?

Brisbane-Sydney-Brisbane 2 to 4 working days.

Sydney - Melbourne-Sydney 2 to 4 working days

Melbourne-Brisbane-Melbourne 2 to 6 working days

For moves to and from Perth, please allow approximately 10 to 14 working days

Moves from the southern states to North Queensland approximately 10 to 14 working days

Any deliveries made outside of metropolitan areas will be slightly longer than city to city moves.
